AEROBIC PROGRAMS
PCC Fitness Department offers a wide variety of land/water aerobics classes:
  • Aqua Fit - Class to energize and strengthen your whole body.
  • Water Arthritis - This class emphasizes range of motion for students with arthritis or rehab needs to increase flexibility and strength. Instructor is certified by the Arthritis Foundation.
  • Water Aerobics - Tone your muscles and strenthen your heart in this fun water aerobics class. The water provides buoyancy and support for the body taking pressure off the joints.
  • Body Sculpting - Focuses on all major muscle groups using weights, tubes, balls and steps.
  • Yoga - Great for all levels. Class will work on breath and stretching. Learn how to relax and relieve stress.
  • Beginning Sculpting- Great for seniors or anyone beginning an exercise class. You'll work all your major muscle groups using balls, weights, tubes and body bars.
  • Zumba - A mixture of body sculpting moves with easy to follow Latin dance steps.
  • Kickin' Core Blast-This class will move you through various intervals of kickboxing sets and intense standing coPearce Community Centerre exercises.
  • Circuit - Work your entire body in an hour. Come try our new circuit classes that incorporate cardio and resistance training in one quick workout.
  • Super Sets-A mix of body sculpting and circuit class. Get the benefits of both in one class.
  • Tai Chi- Ancient Chinese martial art performed with slow movements. May help improve balance, muscle control, fle xibility, & energy levels.
  • Spinning - Our group exercis bicycling classes are a fun and new way to train your cardiovascular system. Fitness
