Room Rentals

Pearce Community Center offers clean, air-conditioned, smoke-free room for rent at reasonable rates. We also have rental options for events such as wedding receptions, dances, retirement or anniversary parties, reunions, open houses, meetings and training seminars. Rental areas include a banquet room, three conference rooms, swimming pool, two gymnasiums, and computer lab. Combination packages may be personalized for parties or after-hours lock-ins.

Appointments to view our facility or inquiries regarding rentals may be made by calling the PCC Rental Coordinator at (309)274-4209 ext. 110, Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

Banquet Room

Banquet Room accommodates up to 225 people. Includes kitchen with industrial ovens, walk-in cooler & freezer, cookware, and full-service bar.

Rental Fees:

Saturdays and December Fridays:

  • PCC Member & Not-For-Profit: $275.00 (Up to 6 hours) Each additional hour $50.00 per hour.
  • Non PCC Member: $400.00 (Up to 6 hours) Each additional hour $75.00 per hour.

Sunday through Friday:

  • PCC Member: $75.00 (Up to 2 hours) Each additional hour $20.00 per hour.
  • Non PCC Member: $110.00 (Up to 2 hours) Each additional hour $30.00 per hour.
  • Not-For-Profit Organization: $50.00 (Up to 2 hours) Each additional hour $25.00 per hour.

Conference Room

Room 210 upstairs conference room accommodates up to 35 people with tables and 50 seated theater style. Includes the use of kitchenette with sink, an under-counter refrigerator with icemaker. coffee maker, and microwave.

Room 211 upstairs conference room accommodates up to 42 people with tables and 60 seated theater style. Rooms 210 & 211 can be combined as one large room.

Rental Fees:

PCC Member:

  • Rate per hour for the first 2 hours: $20.00
  • Rater per hour for each additional hour: $10.00
  • Damage/Hold Deposit: $25.00

PCC Non Member:

  • Rate per hour for the first 2 hours: $40.00
  • Rater per hour for each additional hour: $20.00
  • Damage/Hold Deposit: $25.00

Not-For-Profit Organization

  • Rate per hour for the first 2 hours: $10.00
  • Rater per hour for each additional hour: $5.00
  • Damage/Hold Deposit: $25.00

A rate for combined room 210 and 211 are also available.

Gymnasiums

Gymnasiums with 2 regulation basketball courts, volleyball courts, and a walking track.

Swimming Pool

Swimming Pool 6 lanes wide, 25 yards long. Indoor, climate controlled lap pool. Rental includes a lifeguard.

Lock-ins

PCC offers full and partial lock-ins that traditionally begin after the facility is closed. A lock-in renter has use of the pool (limited 2 hours), banquet room/kitchen, and our 2 gymnasiums. Once all lock-in attendees have arrived, the facility will be locked and secure.

Lock-In Fees:

Full Lock-In: 9:00 PM- 6:00 AM
PCC Member Price: $250.00 for up to 30 attendees
Additional Attendees: $6.00 per attendee
Damage/Hold Deposit: $200.00

PCC Non Member Price: $350.00 for up to 30 attendees
Additional Attendees: $8.00 per attendee
Damage/Hold Deposit: $200.00

Partial Lock-In: 4 hours between 5:00 PM and 12:00 AM
PCC Member Price: $150.00 for up to 30 attendees
Additional Attendees: $3.00 per attendee
Damage/Hold Deposit: $100.00

PCC Non Member Price: $200.00 for up to 30 attendees
Additional Attendees: $4.00 per attendee
Damage/Hold Deposit: $150.00

Computer Lab

Computer Lab is a 16 station computer training center.
