Pearce offers a variety of land and water classes. Take one or more classes; the choice is yours!

Water Group Exercise

*No swimming skills required for the following classes:

Aqua Fit

This lively water class is designed to increase aerobic fitness levels, flexibility, muscular strength, and endurance. Paddles, bands, and water dumbbells are used.

Water Aerobics

Tone your muscles and strengthen your heart in this fun water group exercise class. The water provides buoyancy and support for the body taking pressure off the joints. Participants of all abilities are encouraged to succeed at their own pace.

Water Arthritis

This class is a recreational exercise program designed to accommodate the abilities of individual with arthritis and other related mobility issues (each person exercises at his/her own pace). It is taught in a group setting with exercises to provide social interaction, improve muscular strength, endurance and flexibility, manage pain, and relieve symptoms of arthritis.

Land Group Exercise

Circuit

This strength-training class leads the participant through multiple stations targeting different major areas of the body.

Beginner Circuit

This is a less intense version of Circuit, but still a great workout!

Body Sculpting

This powerful session of resistance training involves a variety of equipment such as: stability balls, resistance bands, and dumbbells to strengthen your body's major muscle groups.

Beginner Body Sculpting

This is a less intense version of Body schulpting suitable for beginner adults of all ages.

Yoga

Relax, strengthen, and soothe the body and mind while focusing on elongation, alignment, and breathing. This class is beginner friendly, yet challenging for those with yoga experience.

Zumba

This class features a mixture of body sculpting moves with easy-to-follow Latin dance steps.

Tai Chi

An ancient martial art performed in slow motion. This class may help improve balance, muscle control, flexibility, blood circulation, and energy level. Tai Chi helps you become mentally calm and composed.

Chair Tai Chi

The same format as Tai Chi but moves are performed while seated. A great class for seniors.
