Fitness - Fitness Rooms

Included in your membership is a fitness orientation that will be scheduled with a Pearce Fitness Instructor prior to your usage of the fitness and cardio equipment. This will include a medical history review, blood pressure check, and if desired, a body composition. This training will include instruction in strength, cardio, and free weight areas. At this time, the Fitness Instructor will lead you through a basic weight-lifting program and answer any questions you might have about the equipment.

Fitness Rooms

The strength training area houses numerous pieces of Cybex and Body Master equipment.

The cardiovascular area includes popular cardio equipment, such as:

  • Stairmasters
  • Treadmills
  • Concept II Rowing Machines
  • Semi-Recumbent and Upright Bicycles
  • Schwinn Airdyne Bicycles
  • Elliptical Riders
  • Recumbent Ellipticals
  • Total Body Ergometer***

***Accessibility assist gloves and support boots available to those with special needs.

The mirrored free-weight rooms host a full line of free-weights and accessories that include cable crossovers, squat rack, Smith Machine, bench press, Paramount Leg Press and more.

No one under the age of 15 is allowed the Fitness Rooms. Members ages 12-14 years will be allowed access to Fitness Rooms upon completion of our Junior Fit Certification program.
