This is a unique certification class for PCC members between the ages of 12-14 years. After completing this class, younger members of PCC will be allowed access to the Cardiovascular and Strength Rooms. Participants will be given the proper knowledge needed to use the fitness areas in a safe, productive manner. This class includes instruction in proper lifting and spotting techniques, workout etiquette, rules and examples of workouts.
