KAPOW

KAPOW is a fun and exciting way for younger children to learn and develop proper techniques in weight lifting. It helps establish a healthy life style and keeps kids active. This circuit training class uses light weights, exercise bands, and medicine balls. There will also be light cardio involved. A great class for all that participate.
Class size is limited, so be sure to sign up at the front desk. Open to kids ages 8-11 years old.
