>STRENGTH AND FLEXIBILITY FOR GOLF
Get in shape for the upcoming golf season by participating in Pearce's Strength and Flexibility for Golf Class. Strength training routines will be geared specifically to help improve the legs, hips, torso, wrists, and rotator cuffs in order to increase the power of your golf swing. Also learn proper stretching and warm-up techniques used to help increase performance and decrease injury.
This 3 week program is limited to only 12 particpants per session, so make sure to sign up early in order to secure a spot. The session dates and times are as follows:
Session 1 Monday & Thursday--6:30 PM (April 9th-26th)
Session 2 Tuesday & Thursday--5:30 PM (April 10th-26th)
Each session (6 classes) cost $30 member fee or $60 nonmember fee. Sign up at Pearce before the session fills up.
