Pick one, two, or all fitness classes that have just as much to do with fun as they do with fitness. These are six-week programs for boys and girls ages 6 to 12. All classes are held on the stage from 5:45 to 6:30 p.m. with a 15 child maximum enrollment.

Kids Cardio with Karen
High energy from a variety of aerobic exercises designed to get the heart pumping.

Kid-friendly routines based on original Zumba® choreography.

Cartwheels, head & hand stands, bridges, round offs, front & back walk overs.
