Enjoy the basics of ballroom dance as you follow instructor Earl Witte as he leads the class in the Fox Trot, Polka, Swing, Cha Cha, and Waltz. Gain confidence in your dancing ability and have fun too. All singles and couples are welcome.
This combination class includes instruction in both disciplines! Tae Kwon Do consists of exercises that help promote flexibility, endurance and weight control, plus positiv4e self-esteem. Students will be taught basic and advanced kicking and blocking techniques, along with punching, grappling, and sparring. Hapkido is an extremely realistic and versatile discipline or self-protection, which includes an extensive variety of joint locks, pressure points, grappling, and disarming techniques.
